Thanks to its central location in the heart of the city, the apartment is easily accessible by bicycle. There are also public transport connections to all parts of Amsterdam. Within walking distance is the Waterlooplein metro station, where lines 51, 53, and 54 stop—towards Central Station, Amsterdam Zuid, RAI, Gaasperplas, and Gein. Tram 14 also stops at this station and runs from Central Station to Flevopark in Amsterdam-Oost. By car, the apartment can be reached via the IJ tunnel from the north, or via Wibautstraat and exit S112 from the A10 ring road.
Parking facilities
Parking is possible via a permit system on public roads (permit area Centrum 1). With a parking permit for Centrum 1, you can park in both Centrum 1 and Centrum 3. A resident permit costs €338.70 per six months. There is currently a waiting period of approximately 20 months for this permit area. Electric cars are given priority.
