What has always appealed to us here is the combination of tranquility and convenience. The neighborhood is green, spacious, and, above all, a very pleasant place to live. It’s a community where many children are growing up and where kids still play in the streets. The street itself is quiet, with little traffic, which makes it especially pleasant and safe.
This is also an ideal place for families: there are several good elementary schools in the immediate vicinity, all within walking distance.
At the same time, you’re surprisingly close to everything here. A 15-minute bike ride takes you to the center of Amsterdam, while Amstelveen is just a short ride away for shopping, restaurants, sports clubs, and everyday amenities. That combination makes life here easy and comfortable.
Being so close to the Amsterdamse Bos has been a huge plus for us. Whether it’s walking the dog, going for a run, or just stepping outside for a bit, it’s literally right around the corner and has become a natural part of our daily routine.
On nice days, life here also takes place outdoors. The garden is a lovely place to unwind, and the Roof terrace unobstructed views. It’s the perfect way to end the day on a relaxing note.
