What the owners will miss

Luxurious and spacious living in the most vibrant part of Amsterdam in a fully renovated apartment that feels like a real home. From the moment you enter the apartment via the staircase, you feel the tranquility. Everyone who walks in notices how nice it is to live here.

The very spacious upper floor where you can hear the rain tapping on the roof and the birds singing in the large trees in the back gardens. Located in the heart of De Pijp, with Sarphatipark and the Albert Cuyp market on one side and the wide Amstel river on the other.

When the sun rises in the morning and the birds are singing, we prefer to sit in the cozy dining area next to the kitchen. In the afternoon, the balcony is a great place to relax, while in the evening it's nice and cozy on the sofa in front of the fireplace.

Sarphatipark is just a few steps away, and there are countless great restaurants in De Pijp: Little Collins, Bar Fisk, Ca-bron, De Wasserette, Brut de Mer, Penny Lane, and of course Rise Bakery for the best croissants in Amsterdam.

Living here is optimal convenience: everything is within walking distance and the house is wonderfully quiet. There are nice neighbors with whom you can spontaneously have a glass of wine on their bench when you come back from an outing. It is a beautiful street with the Amstel river just around the corner.

Roopram Roti

Roopram Roti originated in Suriname and was exported to the Netherlands due to high demand for roti on the Dutch market, partly from holidaymakers from Paramaribo. To meet this demand, J. Roopram decided to export frozen roti to the Netherlands. Unfortunately, this was stopped at the last minute due to restrictions on the export of chicken and chicken parts from Suriname. In Location J. Roopram opened his first restaurant at Mathenesserplein 89 in Rotterdam in July 2002. This was followed by a second branch in Amsterdam, called Roopram Roti Eetcafé. Since then, two additional branches have been opened, one in The Hague and one at Van Woustraat 37 in Amsterdam.
