De Jonge Admiraal

At the end of Javastraat, adjacent to Javaplein, you'll find De Jonge Admiraal. They serve delicious coffees, great sandwiches, and wonderful cakes from Majesteit Taart, a cake shop further down Javastraat. De Jonge Admiraal is cozy and laptop-free; everyone there is chatting or playing games, creating a great atmosphere. In the evenings, you can also enjoy tasty local beers, and there are often fun events like pub quizzes, Ajax matches, or live performances.
