What makes this house so special is the space and atmosphere that invite people to come together. Whether it's a lavish dinner with friends or a relaxed evening with family, there's always room and a warm ambiance to create memories. It really feels like a place where everyone feels welcome. My favorite spot in the house is without a doubt the little balcony. It may be small, but that's what makes it so cozy. Here I enjoy the peace and quiet and the fresh air, with a good book or a cup of coffee in my hand. It's my own little oasis in the city. The neighborhood is really fantastic. Everything you need is close by. I often start my day with a run in Vondelpark, which is just a stone's throw away. After that, I can quickly stop by the supermarket for my daily groceries. And when it comes to good food and drink, you've come to the right place. Restaurant Bonnie is always cozy, and there are plenty of bakeries in the neighborhood for fresh bread or a delicious croissant. I always get my daily coffee at Catcha, a regular stop that gets my day off to a good start. What will I miss the most? Without a doubt, the people in the neighborhood. The contact with the friendly and welcoming neighbors has made this house extra special. And the fact that my parents lived only five minutes away made everything even better. That sense of connection and closeness is indispensable. This house and this neighborhood have given me so many wonderful moments, and I hope that the next occupant will feel just as at home here as I did.
