The building
In the past, the ground floor served as retail space, while the upper floors were always used for residential purposes. The building is now part of the Kerkstraat 132–134 renovation project, in which eight apartments have been created across the two buildings. The project design was carried out by Grand & Johnson, who focused on creating a high-end look and feel.

The Lookout
