With her background at the Maastricht Hotel Management School, Nova has developed a strong foundation in service, organization, and quality.

At Broersma, Nova works in the back office, where she manages her own cases and carefully oversees the process behind the scenes. She ensures that property presentations are prepared down to the last detail and supports the team so that every transaction proceeds professionally and smoothly. “What I love about this profession is the personal connection. Nova recently moved to Amsterdam and already feels a strong connection to the city. Her new neighborhood is the Nieuwe Herengracht, where the tranquility of the water meets the vibrancy of the city center and the East Side. The Plantage neighborhood has also won her heart, with Artis serving as a green oasis right in the heart of the city. “Amsterdam is at its most beautiful in the summer. That’s when I always want to discover new places.”

In her free time, Nova likes to stay active. Four times a week, she laces up her running shoes for a run along the Amsteldijk, where the tranquility of the water helps her clear her mind. She lived in Barcelona for eight months, where she immersed herself in Gaudí’s architecture and the city’s international atmosphere.
