Merel Fremouw organizes, coordinates, and facilitates appointments at Broersma Wonen.
With a background in event management and communication, she knows how to conduct conversations that are both personal and goal-oriented. In her role as front office assistant, she is the first point of contact for customers and colleagues. She schedules viewings, keeps the agents' calendars running smoothly, and ensures that phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages are always answered quickly and carefully.

One of the moments Merel looks back on with pride was when she managed to schedule multiple viewings in one day for a client who residences to see several residences . "There was actually no room in the schedule, but by thinking on our feet, we were able to make some time. You never forget how grateful clients are."
In her spare time, Merel often engages in sports. She takes classes at the gym, trains at TrainMore, and goes to CORE40. Music also plays a role: she has been playing the saxophone at a community center since she was twelve, having started out with the traditional recorder. Her favorite gem in the city? Bar Billie, where cocktails and good food go hand in hand with a lively weekend vibe.
