"It's often the seemingly small details that make the difference for customers, and for me, that's the essence of my work at Broersma," says Lora. "Everyone here is a specialist and knows exactly what the customer or the property needs. We work from our own expertise, but we share a common DNA and goal: to help the customer as best we can. That care and attention to detail is evident everywhere."
Real estate has always attracted Lora; her interest in the housing market was partly sparked by her surroundings. She describes her working day as dynamic and varied, from the first phone call to updating her schedule and answering emails. "The variety of my tasks and the fact that I can really make a difference, for clients and colleagues alike, makes my working day a success," says Lora. "In addition, every house has its own personal story, which keeps the work interesting and sometimes even moving."
Born and raised in Amsterdam-Zuid, Lora still enjoys living in her familiar neighborhood, surrounded by good amenities and a warm atmosphere. Amsterdam feels like home to her. "I can hardly imagine ever leaving," she says. "The people are friendly, there is a lot of social engagement, and everything you need is close by."
In addition to her work, she has a passion for health, both mental and physical. Lora exercises daily; when she's not at the gym or on the tennis court, you'll find her running or walking through the city. This daily exercise keeps her energetic, which she radiates and brings to her work at Broersma.
In her spare time, Lora enjoys Beatrixpark, a peaceful oasis in the city that is particularly enchanting in autumn. She also enjoys Amsterdam's culinary offerings and is a regular at restaurant Zoldering on Utrechtsestraat. "A hidden gem, with a relaxed atmosphere and a Michelin star. The small, perfectly composed menu and the attention to quality remind me of Broersma: everything here is done with care and taste."
