Jelle wants customers to fall in love with their homes.

"I have no financial motive. Above all, I want to make people happy," says Jelle. "That is ultimately the proof that we are doing a good job." He emphasizes the importance of a home as a basic necessity, where you go to sleep and wake up, and where the surroundings are also important: "We know every neighborhood in Amsterdam and Immediately during a tour Immediately look Immediately for the customer and imagine what it would be like to live there. Jelle studied Management, Economics, and Law in Groningen and is a certified real estate agent. It's a profession he grew up with. "With a father who was a real estate agent, I've always had a passion for housing." Jelle also doesn't like sitting still. He prefers to ride his bike from property to client: "The city gives me energy."

He lives south of Vondelpark, in a building that used to be a garage, now converted into a home with a playroom, a conservatory, and French doors opening onto the garden. Café Hans is his regular brown café, and for coffee and cake he goes to Trakteren, a caffeine oasis on Jan Pieter Heijestraat.

Jelle appreciates that he doesn't live far from the Broersma office on Vondelpark. "I cycle through the park with my son to work in the morning. His school is nearby," says Jelle, who finds it important to breathe green air and see green surroundings, but still live in the city: "Amsterdam has so much to offer. I want to convince everyone of that."
