Hadewych creates unique brands with passion, innovation, and a keen eye for design.

Hadewych, a passionate brand builder, plays a crucial role at Broersma, where she turns every redevelopment or new construction project into a new brand. As head of the in-house advertising agency, she manages a circle of renowned design studios and photographers who work together to create a unique identity for each project.

"When we launch a new project the market, we come up with its own identity and take care of all communication," Hadewych explains enthusiastically. Her creative process includes creating websites and custom magazines, making the whole thing exclusive. She is a project manager with infectious energy and a source of original ideas.

Hadewych is also a pioneer in the field of design innovation, driven by her background in fashion. With two degrees in fashion, Hadewych has a keen eye for design and trends. She studied interior photography alongside her work and is the office's in-house photographer. This means she photographs portraits, teams, creatives, and projects. Growing up in Amsterdam's De Pijp neighborhood, she has a deep-rooted love for the city. Although she now lives just outside the city, she found her home through a facade search on Funda. It is a Dudok-designed house in a cozy street, where the neighbors drink Front garden glass of wine in the sun in the Front garden .

For culinary discoveries, she consults her younger colleagues for new hotspots. When the weather is nice, she enjoys a refreshing dip in De Nieuwe Meer, where she believes that a splash in the water is the perfect start to the day. Hadewych embodies the power of creativity and innovation not only in her work, but also in her life outside the professional sphere.
