Cezar connects people and is building his future at Broersma Wonen.

Cezar found his way into the real estate world through a personal connection. “My mother was asked to residences for sale, and that’s how she got into the business. Through her network, I came into contact with the industry and with Broersma Wonen.” Around that same time, he heard that a position Available . “It felt right immediately. The dynamics of the housing market—especially in Amsterdam—really appeal to me.”

He now works in the front office, where he particularly enjoys the variety of interactions. “You’re constantly switching between different people and situations, from formal to personal. That’s exactly what makes the work so varied.” Still, his ambition lies outside the office. “Ultimately, I want to move into field sales. Shadowing a property viewing only confirmed that.” To take that step, he’s taking a real estate course one day a week.

What makes Amsterdam special to him is the city’s complexity. “The architecture, the layout, and the diversity of people make it almost a world unto itself.” He is particularly drawn to the view from the water. “The canals connect virtually every neighborhood. You experience the city differently that way—as a single entity.” His favorite spot is the Jordaan, where, in his view, atmosphere and character come together. For food, he prefers to go to Toscanini. “I enjoy cooking myself, especially pasta, and you can see that reflected in every detail there.”

In his free time, Cezar strives for that same balance. He works out a lot, enjoys cooking, and spends time with friends and his girlfriend. “For me, it’s all about the combination of staying active and enjoying time together—that’s what keeps things in balance.”
