As a back office employee, Caroline divides her time between redevelopment and new construction projects. "I am responsible for preparing the files," she continues, elaborating on the details of her daily work. From collecting documents and arranging photography to drafting brochures and checking deeds of sale, Caroline ensures that everything runs smoothly before, during, and after the sale. In the Frederik Hendrik neighborhood, where she enjoys living, she appreciates the cozy cafés and beautiful streets, which she likes to explore further during an evening stroll. Every Saturday, she settles down at Ikaria on Kwakerplein for a quiet moment with a cup of coffee and a good book. "Ikaria is an island in Greece that stands for eternal youth; people there live to be over 100 years old," she says, referring to the geographical name of this Amsterdam coffee shop. "It's a wonderful place to start the weekend."
