Design your own
Kings/Lane offers you the freedom to create a home that perfectly suits your needs. Your home starts as a blank canvas, a space without limits. From layout to finish: every detail is up to you. You purchase the apartment on the basis of the structural work, as described in the technical description. The floor plans shown are for inspiration, designed by interior architect Alessia Mainardi, with an eye for style, functionality, and refinement. Alessia is known for her unique, custom interiors. It is also possible to realize your own design for the finishing by an architect of your choice. If desired, an additional construction contract can be concluded for the finishing.
On the edge of Vondelpark
Kings/Lane is located in the middle of Willemspark, between Vondelpark and Koninginneweg. A unique location on the corner of Koningslaan and Emmalaan. The corner location means beautiful windows for lots of light in the house. Kings/Lane offers a beautiful, dynamic view of the entrance to Vondelpark.
A high-quality transformation
The transformation of Kings/Lane has begun. Completion is expected in the second half of 2026. The building will meet modern standards for comfort, insulation, and energy efficiency, featuring HR++ glass, extra-thick walls insulated from the inside, and an insulated roof. Great care has been taken to ensure a comfortable indoor climate in the residences. In the winter, homes are pleasantly warm thanks to underfloor heating and a gas fireplace for ambiance. Additionally, each home has its own heat pump, connected to a shared ground-source system. And in the summer, homes stay cool thanks to a sophisticated cooling system with underfloor cooling. The homes are expected to receive an A+++ energy rating.
