Broersma Werken successfully completed the rental project on Baarsjesweg in Amsterdam.

With the leasing of the last available space of approximately 227 m² in the Kiliaen building, the project approximately 675 m² has been completed.

The final tenant has been found in Noyce IT and will join the two other tenants in this project. Noyce IT specializes in connecting IT professionals with progressive and leading technology companies. It was advised in this transaction by Citystate.

The former garages have been completely renovated into high-quality office space. The industrial and creative office spaces are located on the ground floor and have beautiful light and a lovely view of the Kostverlorenvaart and Jacob van Lennepkade.
