Studio Schollenbrug has been successfully Sold on Schollenbrugstraat, a short distance from the Amstel River. The space, formerly the office of Escasa Interior Design & Styling, has served as a showroom and workplace in recent years and is characterized by an open layout, high-quality finishes, and a strong architectural appearance.

The building that houses the office space at Schollenbrugstraat 31 H was built in 1934 in the Amsterdam School style. The playful brickwork in reddish-brown brick, the rounded corner, concrete balcony edges with wrought-iron balustrades, and the wooden entrance doors give the building a distinctive character.
