TRANSACTION | Broersma Werken lease of 954 m² of office space in Amsterdam-Oost.

A section of the second floor of the Helmholtz Arena office building, located in a prominent location in Amsterdam East, has been successfully leased. The building at Helmholtzstraat 61 is located in a lively shopping area and is a recognizable part of the neighborhood.

The Helmholtz Arena has recently been renovated by owner Merin and fully meets the requirements for contemporary office use. The building has modern facilities, including a representative lobby shared by tenants and various breakout rooms on the first floor.

On behalf of online florist Bloomon, Broersma Werken has leased Broersma Werken 954 m² to Prakken d'Oliveira, a renowned law firm. Prakken d'Oliveira was assisted by KRK Makelaars. Bloomon will continue to occupy approximately 393 m² on the second floor of the building at Helmholtzstraat 61.
