The building, designed by M3H Architects, stands out for its playful balconies, sand-colored facades, and strong connection to its surroundings. The space, previously used by Walhalla Brands, is located in the plinth of this urban ensemble in a neighborhood that has developed in recent years into a lively residential and working area on the east side of Amsterdam.
