Lathe 13 at the Hembrug site leased to The Nut House.

The commercial space at Draaibank 13, measuring approximately 961 m², on the Hembrug site in Zaandam has been leased to The Nut House. The Nut House specializes in the sale of fresh nuts and dried fruits from Dutch producers. The space is fully equipped as a production kitchen and is therefore ideal for food operators such as The Nut House. Here, the tastiest nuts and dried fruits can be roasted and packaged every day with the same traditional passion.

The Hembrug site is known as a dynamic work location where industrial history and creative innovation come together. With a mix of businesses, restaurants, culture, and events, the area is an inspiring place to be based, thanks in part to its excellent accessibility to Zaandam and Amsterdam.
