Broersma Werken Comedytrain with new accommodation at Westergas

Broersma Werken on behalf of Comedytrain in the lease of its new location at Westergas. The arrival of Comedytrain adds a new cultural layer to the area: a place where culture, creativity, and the public come together.

After thirty years in Amsterdam-Zuid, Comedytrain will move to Pazzanistraat 1 on the Westergas in January 2026. There, the collective will have two venues: a large hall with more seats than the current location Toomler and a small space for innovation. A perfect match with the cultural profile of the site. With Comedytrain as a new tenant, the site will further strengthen its role as a versatile platform for culture and encounters in Amsterdam.
