Tour
Upon entering, a bright and open living space unfolds, where the kitchen and lounge area flow seamlessly into one another. The generous dining table with built-in bench invites long family dinners, while the French doors open directly onto the terrace and the surrounding greenery – an ideal spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an afternoon aperitif in the sun.
The kitchen features sleek, high-gloss cabinetry and is fitted with modern built-in appliances by Bosch. The units are finished with a subtle aluminium trim, lending the space a refined and contemporary aesthetic. The extended layout offers ample workspace and a direct visual connection to the living area – perfect for those who enjoy interaction while cooking. Adjacent to the kitchen is a custom-designed pantry by Vonder, an eye-catching element that is both functional and beautifully integrated into the overall interior design.
The seating area faces the lush inner courtyard, maintaining a constant sense of connection to the outdoors. A small workspace has also been created here – an ideal corner for children to do homework or get creative. The bespoke dining bench and cosy lounge nook, like the pantry, were all crafted by Vonder – tailor-made pieces that enhance both the atmosphere and the functionality of the space. Thanks to a redesigned layout, this floor now includes an additional workspace, smartly separated by a glass wall, ideal for working from home.

Two more bedrooms are located at the rear, each with its own character. Playful children’s rooms with clever storage solutions, both with floor-to-ceiling windows for a light and airy feel.
The home has two highly comfortable bathrooms, offering luxury and ease for a busy household. One is modern and sleek with dark marble accents, a walk-in shower, and an elegant basin. The second exudes indulgence with marble walls, a freestanding bathtub, walk-in shower, and a double vanity with natural stone basins. Style and relaxation come together here.

Andreas Ensemble
Since the completion of this new development in 2006, I have been involved in the sale of the entire project. It was a thoughtfully designed development, and residents consistently speak of how pleasant it is – or was – to live here. Familiar territory, in other words. Our office has had the pleasure of handling several sales within the complex, and what makes this project so special is that no two residences are the same. The buildings offer a wide variety of layouts and dimensions, making each apartment unique in its own way.
This particular apartment stands out thanks to its corner position, which allows for additional light and, of course, unobstructed views of the water. The various outdoor spaces, the generous living area, three well-proportioned bedrooms, a dedicated workspace, and two luxurious bathrooms, combined with a private parking space and separate storage unit, make this double ground-floor apartment exceptionally comfortable. In 2021, the residence was carefully updated, including a renovation of the bathrooms and other features. One of the bedrooms is currently arranged as an en-suite, but can easily be reconfigured to create a fourth bedroom if desired.

The Andreas Ensemble is a residential district located near the Hoofddorpplein area, bordered by the A10 ring road, the Westlandgracht canal, and Cornelis Lelylaan. Designed in 2006 by architecture firm Geurst & Schulze in collaboration with the Municipality of Amsterdam, the neighbourhood was completed in 2011.
It comprises nine residential buildings with over five hundred dwellings and several amenities, including a childcare centre. The WestCord Fashion Hotel is located on the western edge. The district was conceived as an architectural bridge between the pre-war and post-war city, with building façades that also serve as sound barriers.
Four private inner gardens have been created on the rooftops of the underground parking garages. Designed by landscape studio Landlab, these tiered green spaces offer a peaceful counterpoint to the urban surroundings. Cohesion in design is reflected in the consistent use of sandy and light grey brickwork throughout the neighbourhood.
Generous green corridors offer direct cycling routes to Slotervaart, Vondelpark and Rembrandtpark. As part of the project, an additional bridge was constructed across Cornelis Lelylaan to connect with the Rembrandtpark. The street names in the area are inspired by figures from the life of the 17th-century painter Rembrandt van Rijn.

A robust staircase — an architectural statement in itself — leads to the upper level, where a bright mezzanine with glass walls opens up the space. A revised staircase layout allowed for the creation of an additional work area, subtly enclosed by glass — ideal for working from home.

Two additional bedrooms are situated at the rear, each with its own unique character. Playful children’s rooms with smart storage solutions, both featuring floor-to-ceiling windows for a sense of openness and light.
