The house offers peace and quiet, and we had the neighborhood around the corner. The terrace was an extension of our living room. We used the terrace from February to the end of October."

The Wide Double Residence
Van Eeghenstraat 125/127 Broersma Wonen a familiar address for Broersma Wonen . This part of Van Eeghenstraat is considered the most sought-after area of the Concertgebouw neighborhood. We were previously involved here as consultants when the then-developer merged the buildings into residences . This intervention resulted in high-quality, spacious properties. The extra width on one floor creates opportunities for a balanced layout and allows more daylight to flood in. This is particularly true of this apartment of almost 154 m², which feels more spacious than the figures suggest. Architect Kodde designed the optimal layout, which differs from traditional apartments with staircases. The design provided space for a functional and contemporary floor plan, in which the generous Floor area comes Floor area its own. An elevator to the apartment, large windows, and an unobstructed view enhance the spaciousness and give this apartment a particularly pleasant character. It is an honor for us to find a new resident for this property.
