Design Vision
The house was built in 1891. The original building plan included three residences Van Eeghenlaan, covering plots 14, 15, and 16. The archives refer to this as a triplet house. This house is the middle one and the showpiece of the three. For a long time, the building consisted of a ground floor and an upper floor, a remnant of which are the double doors on the blueprints. Since 2001, the residences have residences to create a single residence. Then, in 2017, another major renovation took place, and the facades, kitchens, Bathrooms, sanitary facilities, and stairwell were modified. This created a beautiful void in the vestibule, giving it a special entrance. The current residents bought it in 2020 and added the finishing touches, including changing the colors and installing air conditioning.
The result is a modern family home in a beautiful old shell, built in the Neo-Renaissance style that emerged around 1875.
