Architect Roberto Meijer Immediately this as a unique opportunity and presented a sketch to the owners. He followed the contours of the existing building. Roberto Meijer and his team developed these sketches into a monumental building of the same size and stature, based on an extensive program of requirements. Stately, iconic, understatedly chic, and with Roberto Meijer's clear signature. In contrast to the gloomy and closed clinic, Valerius is very transparent, light, and open. It is a building that brings liveliness to the neighborhood. At the same time, Valerius fits into its surroundings. Classic elements and rich detailing in brick harmonize with the architecture of the neighborhood without becoming conventional. On the contrary, with its timeless design, Valerius is a monument for the future. Roberto Meyer of MVSA Architects was responsible for the contemporary and elegant design of Valerius. DIS STUDIO was called in for the interior. The refined luxury they have given to the interior and finish is such that it is timeless and will retain its value over time. Daniela Germone also designed the interior of the communal areas for DIS STUDIO. DIS STUDIO also designed the kitchens and bathrooms for this apartment in collaboration with Boffi and coordinated the color choices for the walls, parquet flooring, and door handles.
