The two spaces are connected by original stained-glass sliding doors, allowing them to function independently or flow together as one. At the front, a broad bay window fills the room with natural light and frames views of the trees along the street. This area is designed as a sitting room, complemented by a second, more informal living space currently used as a TV and playroom. At the rear lies the dining room, directly adjoining the kitchen. French doors open onto the balcony and provide uninterrupted views across the inner gardens. The kitchen itself is finished in a light palette with a contrasting wall of dark cabinetry and fitted with high-quality Miele appliances.
The combination of light, views, original details, and a practical layout makes this living floor a particularly enjoyable space for daily life.
The fourth floor is arranged with two bright children’s bedrooms and a central bathroom with a bathtub, washbasin, and toilet. Positioned opposite each other, the rooms are similar in size and atmosphere. The fifth floor is fully dedicated to the master suite. Offering a high level of privacy, this floor is fitted with air conditioning and ample built-in storage. Furthermore, the room has a spacious attic which is accessible via a folding staircase. On the main living floor, a second bathroom is available, equipped with a shower and connections for a washing machine and dryer. This additional facility enhances everyday comfort and is ideal for guests or family living.
At the rear of the living floor lies a sunny southwest-facing balcony, accessible from both the dining room and the kitchen. With its French doors and favourable orientation, it is the perfect spot to enjoy the afternoon and evening light — ideal for an aperitif or a quiet moment of retreat.
