In 1998, a new plan was drawn up to renovate the foundation and install an elevator. In 2002, the floors were divided into four residences the basement was converted into storage space and bicycle parking. In 2003, a permit was issued for a large Roof terrace with a roof house.
The current layout of the apartment is still the same as the original design, but the owner has made continuous improvements since purchasing it in 2008. In particular, the quality of the floors, the windows with bench, the kitchen, the bathroom, the access to the Roof terrace, the office in the roof structure, and the roof garden have been improved. The beautiful shutters at the front and the designer staircase give the whole a luxurious look and international allure.
