The home was created by transforming a former retail space on the ground floor. The result is a clearly laid-out family home with a strong sense of space and connectedness. The high ceilings at the front, combined with the open view to the garden, create a pleasant sense of space. The central kitchen serves as the heart of the home, with ample space for cooking and dining. The loft above the kitchen adds a second spatial layer and reinforces the vertical connection between the floors. Daylight falls deep into the house, making the ground floor an open and lively space. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms: a spacious master bedroom at the rear and a second room in the loft. The centrally located bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a separate shower, and a sink. The toilet is located separately on the landing. The second floor offers Location a third bedroom, equipped with built-in closet space and a fold-out bed. This floor is suitable as a guest room and as a home office, completing the home's functionality.
