The windows are elegantly integrated into the façade and consist of dark metal components within wooden frames. A slightly protruding glass volume defines the appearance of the façade. Recesses in this glass volume form the outdoor spaces for each of the three apartments, accessible via large sliding doors from the adjoining living room. The largely glass fourth floor is set back slightly, forming the crown of the building. The folded metal roof with overhang gives this top layer an open and light character.
