During his studies at the Hotel School, he found his way into logistics real estate, where he quickly gained more responsibility within the leasing process. After his time in Rotterdam, Luca went in search of a place where he would feel more at home, one with more dynamism. His background in investing gives him an extra analytical perspective on real estate. "It's not just about the bricks and mortar, but about the potential and the return."

With his social skills, strong intuition, and adaptability, he feels comfortable in any situation. "It's important to sense people and understand what they really want. The goodwill factor plays a big role in this business."

Luca was born and raised in Amsterdam-Noord and knows the neighborhood like no other. He witnessed the transformation from old industry to a vibrant urban district. From the Nieuwendammerdijk to the dynamic NDSM shipyard. Areas with a rich history, but undergoing rapid development and offering plenty of opportunities in real estate. "I find it interesting to see how certain parts of the city are developing and how you can make smart choices in that regard," Luca explains.

Much of Luca's life takes place in Amsterdam Oud-West, a vibrant neighborhood where the rest of the city is always within reach. The cozy restaurants and cafés complete the picture. "Everything comes together here," says Luca. In his spare time, he likes to stay active; sports and nutrition play an important role. Whereas he used to be on the soccer field at De Dijk, he can now be found more often at the gym or on the padel court.

At Broersma Werken , he Broersma Werken to develop into an independent and confident real estate agent, and find his own style and approach within the team. "My ambition is to grow here and to make a real contribution to the further development of the company."
