Koen brings a broad orientation in real estate, project development, and brokerage.

Koen is a new-build specialist at Broersma Wonen combines experience, enthusiasm, and an eye for detail. With a background in real estate and marketing, he knows how to successfully guide projects from start to finish. "The best moment is still when someone buys their dream home. That's really something to celebrate," says Koen.

During his studies in Real Estate and Brokerage, he discovered his passion for project development and New build. "With New build , you New build contribute your ideas from the very beginning," says Koen. "You give advice on floor plans, pricing, and what best suits the customer's wishes. That intensive, personal process makes it special."

His experience with large projects such as Hyde Park in Hoofddorp gave him a solid foundation, but at Broersma he has found his ideal working environment. "Here, we do more than just sales. We combine consultancy, marketing, and project development. That broad approach makes us unique in Amsterdam. Koen enjoys the diversity in Amsterdam, where he works with a wide audience: from expats to 'real' Amsterdammers who New build move into New build .

He finds relaxation in sports such as running half marathons, doing odd jobs, and sailing his boat. "Sailing through the Amsterdam canals or wakeboarding in Friesland gives me energy. But so does doing odd jobs with my brother in his construction company." Koen has a soft spot for Amsterdam-Zuid, with its beautiful architecture, cozy cafés, and sports facilities. "Everything there has something special about it."

Brasserie Van Dam in Amsterdam-Zuid is his favorite. “A place with a homely atmosphere, good food, and a relaxed ambiance. Ideal for a drink after a day's work.”
