Kiki takes the pressure off the real estate agents and brings a healthy dose of creativity to Broersma.

In her role in the Back Office, Kiki de Haas supports Broersma Wonen Kiki de Haas and partners Broersma Wonen compiling files, registering residences, coordinating photographers, and putting together brochures. "It's a versatile position in which structure and independence are essential," says Kiki. 

"Real estate brings together many of my passions. I focus on quality and give every detail the attention it deserves," she says. During her graduation project at the Artemis Academy, the theme of "connection" was central, and Kiki designed four conceptual living environments in which everyone feels seen. "I hope our clients feel the same way when I talk to them." 

With a background in events and hospitality, Kiki brings a keen eye for beauty and detail to the table. Thanks to her work experience with sophisticated interior design brands, she has developed a well-honed sense of style and quality. "It's fantastic to see our customers' beautiful interiors and know that we can make other people happy with them," says Kiki. 

She enjoys Amsterdam and everything the city has to offer. From her home in Amsterdam-Oost, with its relaxed atmosphere and lively Javastraat, she cycles to the office every day. After work, she likes to relax in the city: "Hotel Arena with its view of the park is my favorite, but if I really have a choice, I go to eat at Risto Enoteca PepeNero in the Eerste Oosterparkstraat. It's the best Italian restaurant in Amsterdam, with an owner who is completely devoted to his business."
