Alexandra van Dedem brings strong commitment, drive, and a sociable personality to Broersma. In her role, she oversees the entire rental process, from initial customer contact to key handover. She conducts home visits, advises owners on rental strategy and pricing, organizes photo shoots, and supervises viewings. "Every day is different, and that's what makes my work so exciting. The direct contact with customers and the positive energy you share together are what make my work truly valuable." 

Alexandra obtained her bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Nyenrode on Keizersgracht, where she gained international experience and made valuable connections. This was reinforced during her master's degree in Business Administration at the United International Business School (UIBS). In addition to her work, she is studying to become a Candidate Registered Broker and Appraiser, with which she aims to further realize her ambitions in the real estate sector. 

Born and raised in Amstelveen, Alexandra has been playing hockey at the highest level since she was young. "I'm a go-getter and not a good loser," Alexandra admits. At Broersma, she feels at home among colleagues who share the same drive. Broersma's eye for detail and quality fits seamlessly with Alexandra's own work ethic. "It's a professional and friendly office, where we work together in a diverse team to achieve great results and learn a lot from each other." 

She enjoys being active and therefore appreciates traveling for work, but she also dislikes being inactive in her free time. Golf and padel are among her favorite activities. She also enjoys taking the time to stroll through the city with friends. One of her favorite places is Café Hoppe on Spui, an iconic meeting place full of liveliness and fond memories.
