Kings/Lane: High-quality transformation of a 1913 city villa
Kings/Lane Residentials is located in the greenest part of Oud-Zuid, on the edge of Vondelpark, in one of Amsterdam's most beautiful neighborhoods. After its transformation, this monumental city villa will be even more impressive than it was originally. The layout

The bel-etage has a grand feel thanks to its ceiling height of approximately 3.25 meters and offers space for a spacious living room, dining room, and kitchen. The garden level is designed as a sleeping area with three bedrooms. On the garden side is a very spacious bedroom with a dressing room and bathroom. bedrooms and three each have their own bathroom.
