The floor plans shown are for inspiration, designed by interior architect Alessia Mainardi, with an eye for style, functionality, and refinement. Alessia is known for her unique, custom interiors. It is also possible to realize your own design for the finishing by an architect of your choice. If desired, an additional construction contract can be concluded for the finishing. 

The Purchase price Topfloors starts at €6,250,000. You purchase the property on the basis of structural work, including floors and walls.
