From the layout to the finishes: every detail is up to you. You purchase the apartment as a shell, as described in the technical specifications. The floor plans shown are for inspiration only, designed by interior architect Alessia Mainardi, with an eye for style, functionality, and refinement. Alessia is known for her unique, custom interiors. It is also possible to realize a completely original design for the finishing work through an architect of your choice. If desired, a separate construction contract can be entered into for the finishing work. 

You are purchasing the property as a shell, including floors and walls. For the interior finishing, you have the option of entering into a construction contract with WJProjects. Transfer tax applies to a portion of thePurchase price. There is no ground lease at Kings/Lane.
