Rental Agent (40 hours per week) Broersma Wonen

For our real estate agents team Rentals , we are looking for an experienced and motivated colleague who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team. 

The team

Located in a beautiful spot near Vondelpark, we are a professional organization serving many clients in the high-end segment of Amsterdam’s housing market. We strive for the highest standards of diligence and integrity in our dealings with our clients. Diligence and integrity are central to our approach, with a strong focus on presentation and high-quality marketing. You will be working within a driven organization with approximately 35 employees. The management team consists of 8 partners.

Our Rentals team consists of two real estate agents who specialize in rentals and act as consultants, guiding and coaching clients through the process of leasing and renting residences Amsterdam. They ensure the right match between clients seeking quality and property owners who entrust us with their exceptional properties. We also have a team dedicated to existing and new construction. Broersma Werken an independent organization within Broersma Werken Wonen.

List of activities

• Advising clients on the buying and renting process
• Conducting viewings during the buying and renting process
• Scheduling appointments
• Acquiring contracts and advising clients on rental properties and/or projects
• Providing consultation and advice for projects
• Presenting properties online and offline, on our website and through brochures
• Checking in and out of residences
• Responsible for Rentals' growth strategy
