Office Clerk (40 hours per week) Broersma Werken

Broersma Werken a third office administrator. Would you like to join our team and help our commercial real estate agents excel? You’ll be the linchpin of our operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll identify tasks that need to be done and carry them out with a high degree of independence. Do you feel comfortable working in the business services sector and can you work well independently, given that our commercial real estate agents are frequently out of the office? If so, we’d love to hear from you.

This is what you will do

  • Phone, email, and calendar management
  • Prepare rental and sales files
  • Writing texts for brochures, newsletters, and social media
  • Designing brochures and presentations for social media
  • Managing photographers
  • Register and update your portfolio
  • Preparing appointments with commercial real estate agents
  • Receiving visitors

The team

From our beautiful location near Vondelpark, we are actively involved in the sale and purchase, as well as the leasing and rental, of offices, retail spaces, and commercial properties in Amsterdam. Our team consists of seven commercial real estate agents, an operations manager, and two office staff members. You will become our11th team member. We serve our clients with enthusiasm and energy, driven by passion, entrepreneurship, and a high standard of service.

About you

You have an enthusiastic personality and are confident and self-assured. You are proactive, customer-friendly, and organized. You feel at home in a commercial and business environment. In addition, you have a pleasant telephone voice, are presentable, and have strong communication skills. You can switch easily and quickly between different tasks and are a self-starter. You have an affinity with real estate and preferably live in the Amsterdam region.

We are looking for

  • A candidate with at least a higher vocational education (HBO) level of working and thinking
  • A candidate with good interpersonal skills
  • A candidate with excellent knowledge of spoken and written Dutch and English
  • Experience with Realworks is an advantage
  • A candidate with excellent command of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • A candidate with several years of relevant work experience is an advantage, but fitting into our team and quickly familiarizing yourself with our areas of work is equally important to us.
