Staying ahead of the market

At the beginning of 2021, Broersma's network brought the project NDSM project to our attention, consisting of five residential buildings and several commercial spaces located in Het Havenblok. "We knew this was a unique opportunity," says Erik Reijn of Broersma. "The shell building, Immediately the IJ in an up-and-coming area of Amsterdam, offered the chance to tailor it entirely to the wishes of the client and future tenants. It was an opportunity we couldn't pass up. We were able to purchase it even before it officially came on the market." From purchase to turnkey rental

After the purchase, the intensive process of furnishing and finishing began, in close collaboration with renowned parties such as architectural firm TANK and construction consultant Germain Raalte. The result is two turnkey office spaces that meet the highest standards of modern office use, with a ceiling height of 4.5 meters, large windows, plenty of daylight, and a completely gas-free, sustainable installation. "The design of these spaces emphasizes the ruggedness of the NDSM environment combined with a refined finish that adds both style and a human touch to the high, industrial spaces," says Sanne Schenk, founding partner of TANK Interior Design Agency.

After completion, a tightly organized marketing campaign followed. Broersma used high-quality renders and visualizations to market the office spaces even before completion. This approach paid off: both office spaces were leased on a long-term basis before completion.
