The business grew, but the workspace did not grow with it.

TriFrance's business grew, but its workspace in Sloterdijk did not grow with it. They approached Broersma for a more spacious, inspiring location in a lively environment. After an intensive search, we found De Passage 120: a modern office of approximately 997 m², which would enable our client to continue building its future.

However, the location was still leased. Broersma sat down with the current tenant and agreed to take over the remaining two-year lease term. One year before the end date, we were able to renegotiate a new lease agreement on behalf of TriFrance. This time, we negotiated Immediately the owner, LaSalle. Thanks to our knowledge of the market, we were able to secure the ultimate deal, which resulted in a significant commercial advantage for our client.
