On behalf of Rosewood Hotel Group, we have leased the beautiful and monumental canal-side property of approximately 910 m² located at Herengracht 475 in Amsterdam. Rosewood Hotel Group will use the canal-side property as its international headquarters. 

The former residence, dating from 1731, was built in the Louis XIV style, and the interior and stucco work are also in the Louis XIV style, making "Het Paleis" one of the most beautiful buildings in Amsterdam's canal belt. We would like to thank Rosewood Hotel Group and, in particular, George Tsangaris for the pleasant and successful collaboration. We would also like to thank Maarten van Dooren (Van Dijk en Ten Cate) and Sebastiaan Zwart (Cityhold Gouden Bocht Monumenten B.V) for bringing this wonderful deal to fruition.
