On behalf of Kop Grasweg C.V., Broersma Werken Wonen is selling the commercial spaces of Project to a private investor.

The KAAP new-build project is a development by Amvest and COD located on Grasweg in Amsterdam North. The development consists of five residential buildings with luxury apartments for sale and commercial spaces on the ground floor. KAAP is situated in a prime location in Amsterdam. Its unique location on the sunny side of the IJ river with a park on the waterfront contributes to this. A fantastic place to live, relax, but also to work! The buyer has plans to convert the commercial spaces of the KAAP new-build project into attractive office spaces. The office spaces will Available for rent in mid-2024.
