KS Bedrijfsmakelaars and Broersma are joining forces asBroersma Werken Wonen'

The trend in the market whereby living and working are increasingly converging is resulting in an overlap of experiences; people want to feel at home in their workplaces, and it must also be possible to work comfortably at home. Broersma's residential division has for years been a leader in creating experiences with homes that emphasize design. Whereas Broersma Bedrijfsmakelaardij has mainly focused on the commercial market until now, KS Bedrijfsmakelaars has acquired a niche position in the creative sector by finding and connecting the more exceptional properties that the city has to offer. The collaboration creates synergy with a strengthened network and a portfolio that fits together seamlessly. Based on this idea,Broersma Werken Wonen' became a reality.

With a strengthened and expanded network serving both the creative niche and the business market, Broersma Bedrijfsmakelaardij and KS Bedrijfsmakelaars are merging to form Broersma Werken. The management will be led by Merijn Hartog and Erik Reijn. Former partner of Broersma Bedrijfsmakelaardij Hans Vos will remain involved as a broker at Broersma Werken. Broersma's residential real estate agency will become Broersma Wonen. The new Broersma Werken Wonen will present itself with a new brand identity: 'Broersma, Elegance in Working and Living'.

With the aim of creating an optimal connection between people, space, and environment, the office is simultaneously launching the new 'broersma.nl'; an inspiring online platform about working and living in the city of Amsterdam. Nowhere else can you get a closer look at the lives of the people and the special buildings that the city has to offer. At broersma.nl, you will find not only the most elegant selection of work and living experiences in Greater Amsterdam, but also the stories behind these spaces and their surroundings. To complete the experience, the offering is supplemented with 'The Edit', an independently curated online journal about the city.
