On behalf of Lieven de Key, Broersma Werken has leased Broersma Werken last 350 m² of commercial space in the project Van Hall project . Ministry of Frames & Flare Department is leasing the creative office space at Donker Curtiusstraat 7 for its media production company and photography studio. #FORM Studio is opening its second yoga studio in Amsterdam at Van Hallstraat 288. This means that a total of 1,700 m² of commercial space in the DC Van Hall has now been fully leased.

The Lieven De Key housing association, together with architectural firm Studioninedots, has thoroughly and sustainably renovated the building, creating 168 student apartments on the upper floors. With the completion of the last units in DC van Hall, a lively ground floor with creative and artisanal entrepreneurs has been created, giving the building the second life it deserves.
