On behalf of a foundation, Broersma Werken Wonen is selling a monumental office villa to a private investor.

The 19th-century stately double villa on Florapark in Haarlem is a building constructed in an eclectic style. The double villa was later converted into one large villa and has been used as office space since 1993. The villa is a national monument that was last thoroughly renovated and made sustainable in 2012/2013, during which many original details were preserved or restored to their original condition. The majestic building, with a gross floor area of over 1,400 m², has a lot of allure and charisma, meets the modern requirements of an office user, has a large garden with private parking, and is also suitable for residential use due to its mixed-use designation.

The buyer has plans to establish offices in Villa Florapark and partially develop it for residential use.
