Broersma Werken proud to announce that two international parties will soon be moving into the prestigious Beulinck office building.

The neoclassical "Beulinck" is a prestigious project DME Amsterdam, located in a charming side street off Herengracht, near Spui. The nine-window-wide monument on Beulingstraat has already been developed into stylish and sustainable office space.

The entire building comprises approximately 848 m² of lettable office space, with three independent office spaces with their own entrance and elevator. Two of these spaces have already been leased, with the new tenants set to move in at the beginning of 2025. The impressive ground floor is now also Available for rent.
