The office is located in the Golden Bend. This is the most prestigious part of the Herengracht in Amsterdam, between Leidsestraat and Vijzelstraat. A double staircase leads to the imposing entrance, which is richly decorated with wall and ceiling ornaments. The leased office space of approximately 456 m² is located on the second and third floors of the canal-side building.

Due to its unique appearance, the office is ideal for the new tenant: Barnes Group. This is a recruitment agency that focuses entirely on the ICT sector. We would like to thank all parties involved and wish Barnes Group every success in their new office.
