Broersma Werken PraxisIFM Netherlands on the lease of approximately 488 m² of office space in the Rembrandt Tower at Amstelplein 1 in Amsterdam.

Since November 1, 2023, PraxisIFM Netherlands has been the new tenant of approximately 488 m² of office space, as well as four parking spaces. The space is located on the 24th floor of the Rembrandt Tower at the De Omval office location. PraxisIFM Netherlands is an independent provider of tailor-made services in the field of private wealth and business administration to companies, individuals, and families around the world. The landlord was assisted by Spring Real Estate.
