Broersma Werken back once more on a successful transaction at the end of 2024.
On behalf of two private owners, we were able to sell the 'Gietershof'. This is a modern office space of approximately 287 m² on Lijnbaansgracht in the Jordaan district.
De Lijnbaansgracht 57 was part of a former steam flour mill that was converted into office space in the 20th century. Its classic look in a modern style makes this an excellent office space that meets the office needs of today.
