project
The Artesia consists of a triptych of 17th-century buildings located at Herengracht 539–543 and the associated buildings on Reguliersdwarsstraat behind them. These are house numbers 98, 100 to 104, and 106, including the original coach house.

The buildings and apartments will also be structurally insulated with false walls, insulated floors, and roofs. This will result in a gas-free complex with an A++(+) energy label. The project design was done by Hofman Dujardin, who focused on a high-end look and feel.
