What the owners will miss

This apartment is very light and spacious. The stained glass doors, wooden floors, large windows, and built-in closets make this apartment a pleasant, functional, and charming place. It has a practical layout with separate areas to enjoy with family and to entertain friends.
We use all the rooms; it is a super functional home. We like to drink coffee in the living room. The separate office/study is also very practical; we used it daily and also regularly as a guest room. During dinner, we often open the balcony doors to enjoy the afternoon sun.
The location is very pleasant. It's great to have the cheese shop L'Amuse and the French bakery Le Fournil around the corner. All basic amenities are nearby: (organic) supermarket, pharmacy, specialty coffee shop, and various restaurants. The Zuidas is within walking distance and the highway is close by. By bike, we can reach the Museumplein and Vondelpark within 10 minutes.
We have enjoyed living in this lovely, bright, spacious, and conveniently located apartment, where we have spent wonderful years with our family and friends.

According to the experts, scent adds something that is not visible and tangible. You can use scent in different ways in a space. It starts, of course, with the fact that it should not smell negative. There are quite a few spaces where you smell the sewer or sanitary facilities, where there has been a lot of smoking or where the extraction is not good and it smells like food. The most simple way of scent in the house is that it smells clean. Many people associate cleaning or detergent with a clean, tidy and well-kept house. In addition, you can turn on the ambiance.
