We use all the rooms; it is a super functional home. We like to drink coffee in the living room. The separate office/study is also very practical; we used it daily and also regularly as a guest room. During dinner, we often open the balcony doors to enjoy the afternoon sun.
The location is very pleasant. It's great to have the cheese shop L'Amuse and the French bakery Le Fournil around the corner. All basic amenities are nearby: (organic) supermarket, pharmacy, specialty coffee shop, and various restaurants. The Zuidas is within walking distance and the highway is close by. By bike, we can reach the Museumplein and Vondelpark within 10 minutes.
We have enjoyed living in this lovely, bright, spacious, and conveniently located apartment, where we have spent wonderful years with our family and friends.
