There is a second, separate toilet in the hall. There is also a separate cupboard for a washing machine and dryer.

At the front of the apartment is the modern kitchen with cooking island and the dining room. Located in the city center on Krom Boomssloot and within walking distance of the famous Nieuwmarkt, Waterlooplein, Dam Square, and Muntplein.
Public transportation, such as the metro (Nieuwmarkt), bus lines, and tram lines, are located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. Amsterdam Central Station is only a 10-minute walk and a 5-minute bike ride away. The main shopping streets, such as Nieuwendijk, Kalverstraat, and Damstraat, are also within walking distance.
